Wilma Burnell Snow, age 94, of Harrison went to her heavenly home on December 25, 2023 at Hillcrest Nursing Home.

Wilma was born at Yardelle, Arkansas on November 12, 1929 to Dallas and Ruby (Ramey) Jones. She was the oldest daughter of seven children. Wilma loved her siblings very much and stayed home from school to help care for them.

Wilma met the love of her life, Kenneth Lee Snow and married him on July 22, 1947 at the age of 17. They were married for 59 years when he passed on December 20, 2006. Kenneth and Wilma had two children, Martha Louise and Kenneth Ray Snow.

Wilma accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the age of 14. She became a member of Calvary Baptist Church in 1956. She and Kenneth served as active members for many years. Wilma attended church every Sunday until she was no longer physically able to go.

Wilma was a very hard worker. Over the years, she worked at Oberman's, Ronny's, Jerry's Drive-Inn, The Rocket, and retired from Pepsi after working 14 years. Once retired, she enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her country, gospel music and enjoyed watching the Grand Country Jubilee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Ruby; husband, Kenneth; two sisters, June Erwin of Denver, Arkansas and Joyce Gilley of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and a son-in-law, John Watkins of Harrison.

She is survived by brothers, Donald Gene and wife Tammy Jones, Wilbur Lee Jones, and Larry Dean Jones of Harrison; one sister, Betty Sue Eddy of Claremore, OK; her daughter, Martha Watkins; and son, Kenny Snow and wife Kay Snow of Harrison. She was blessed with 6 grandchildren: Shannon Snow, Chase Snow, Cyla Lippe, April Mattix, Amy Graham, and Amber Likes; 13 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and her church family that loved her and will miss her.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Friday, December 29, at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Western Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Shannon Snow, Chase Snow, Duane Graham, Brandon Likes, Taylor Graham, and Christian Davis.

Honorary pallbearers are the Hillcrest Nursing Home staff.
