William Claud Williams, age 89 of Wayton, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Jasper, Arkansas.
He was born May 11, 1926 at Cave Mountain, Arkansas the son of Willis Caywood Williams and Ova Mae (Wyatt) Williams. He had worked as a boiler maker and had lived most of his life in Newton County except for about 20 years in California. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Claud was preceded in death by his parents; a son Ronald Lynn Williams in 1979; four brothers Chester, Leslie, Oliver and Herbert; two sisters Mildred Brown and Nylene Macon and an infant brother.
Survivors are his wife Christine (Breedlove) Williams of Wayton; two daughters Gini Braden and Sheri Carter both of Wayton; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Wayton Cemetery with Brother Donnie Villines officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Hills Hospice House in Harrison.

There will be no visitation.
