William Marion Hester age 57 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 at Texarkana, Texas.
The son of James Polo Hester and Ernestine (Moten) Powell was born on November 4, 1957 in Hope, Arkansas. He had worked as a Rigger foreman on offshore drilling. He moved to Newton County in 1989 from Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors are his children William Heath Hester of Texarkana, AR, Joshua Holden Hester of Jasper and Rachel Hollie Hester of Harrison; life partner Ann Cass of Jasper; one brother Mark Hester of North Carolina; one sister Judy Karen Montgomery of Omaha, AR; four grandchildren Logan Hester, Lana Hester, James Owens and Paislee Owens; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside service was 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Crossroads Cemetery at Deer.
Arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
