Bill Brown, 65 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away at home on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
He was born December 3, 1952 in Melbourne, Florida, son of Leslie H. and Frances L. (Driggers) Brown.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Billy Brown, a brother, Wayne Cooper and a nephew, Dwayne Smith.
Bill had lived in Arkansas all of his adult life. He attended Jasper and Harrison Schools and had served 6 years in the National Guard. He worked as a truck driver for Miller Hardware and Tyson Foods. He also owned and operated Bill Brown Trucking Company for several years.
Bill was all about country life. He loved his wife, his horses, dogs and cats.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Hundley) Brown of the home; three sisters, Anne Evans (James Brantley), Janice Munzner (Robin) and Joy Gipson (Vic), several nieces, nephews and many close friends.
Visitation will be held at Bill's home beginning at 1PM Sunday, lasting all day, at the Lazy L Ranch, 1622 Hwy 206 E, Harrison.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Monday October 15, 2018 at White Church Cemetery with Pastor Billy Williams officiating. Prior to the graveside service, Bill will be carried to the cemetery by horse drawn wagon.
Pallbearers are Ronnie Whisnant, Sam Villines, Bobby Davis, Mark Lovell, Owen McCutcheon and Jeff Waters. Honorary pallbearers are Roger Massengale and Rod Davidson.
