Bill Billups, age 67 of Everton, passed away January 8, 2011 at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri.

The son of Fred and Pauline Hicks Billups was born January 23, 1943 in West Plains, Missouri.

He and his wife Mary were members of the Mary Mother of God Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Elsie Lively; and his brothers, David and Loyd Billups.

He is survived by his wife, Mary (Tucker) Billups of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Kristy Billups of Lead Hill, Donnie and Kristie Billups of Harrison, and Chris and Alice Billups of Hasty; daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and Brian Bellinghausen of Everton, Barbara Billups of Harrison, Erin and Cameron Rogers of Bergman, and Jennifer Billups of Bergman; brothers, Floyd Billups and wife Jean of Harrison and Jerry Billups and wife Janet of Harmon; sister, Helda Evans and husband Billy of Bergman; grandchildren, William, Justin, Cody, Trystan, Tucker and Timo Billups, Briar and Brianna Bellinghausen, Brittani Wilson, Jessica and Craig Smith, Shandon Hill, Amanda Billups, Stephanie Mathis, Miranda, Lauren, and Dalton Billups, Madison, Brooxie and Weston Rogers, and Abigail Billups; great-grandchildren, Gracelyn Mathis and Rylee Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Thursday at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Mass was held Friday, January 14, 2011 at the Mary Mother of God Catholic Church with Father James Fanrak officiating. Burial followed in Beckham Cemetery at Everton.

Pallbearers were Dean Billups, Freddie Evans, Brian Weber, Michael Tucker, Brad Tucker, Greg Tucker, Ty Lively, and Heath McFarland. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Blake Chitsey, David Tucker, Travis Tucker, and Erik Whitehurst.
