Obituary
Wilburn F. Jennings, age 84 of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The son of Lonnie and Fannie (Bitterman) Jennings, was born May 25, 1922 at Berryville, AR.
His parents preceded him in death; along with a son, Deanie; four brothers and two sisters. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during WWII and received a purple heart. He had worked as a truck driver for McClinton, Inc. and attended Faith Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie J. Jennings of the home; one daughter, Mary Hernandez of California; two step-sons, Jimmie Stewart of Harrison and Jackie Stewart of Bentonville; two step-daughters, Mentie Beaird of Texas and Beverly Brandon of Oregon; two sisters and two grandchildren.
Visitation was Friday at Coffman Funeral Home. Service was Sat. Feb. 10, 2007, at Coffman Chapel in Harrison, with Bro. Frank Whiteside officiating. Burial followed at White Church Cemetery at Gaither. Pallbearers were Kenneth Keeling, Jimmy Keeling, Shorty Martin, Darvin Clark, Keith Smilley, and Steve Wallis.
