Wanda Faye Smith, of Harrison, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Autumn Hill Nursing Home in Berryville. She was 90 years old.

The daughter of Noel Samuel and Eula Gay (Farmer) Smith was born on May 11, 1931 in Harrison, Arkansas.

Wanda was a member of Batavia First Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed reading her bible, watching religious programs on television, gardening, sewing and playing with her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George K. Smith, Jr.; her parents; two sisters, Jesse Smith Hudson and Ester Irene Smith; and a grandson, Donnie Joe Wheeler.

Survivors include one son, Joe Kenneth Maberry and his wife, Sheila; one daughter, Helen Maberry Wheeler; one grandson, Ronnie Jerral Wheeler and his wife, Jennifer; three great grandchildren, Kyle, Tori, and Makayla Wheeler; three sisters, Willadean Smith Manes, Betty Smith Harris and husband, Clayton, and Glenda Smith; and a host of other family and friends.

An open visitation will be until 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 16 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.

Funeral service is Friday, December 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Brother Tollie Sutterfield and Brother Phillip Collie will officiate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
