Wanda Jean Roudabush, age 76, of Compton, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026 in Green Forest. 

The daughter of Mansford Clarence Sims and Genieve Alta (Binam) Sims was born in Harrison, Arkansas, on August 11, 1949. She was a lifelong resident of Compton and a faithful member of County Line Baptist Church. 

Wanda was a talented artist and she loved to paint. She loved her church, her church family, and gospel music. She adored her dog, "Boy" who was always by her side, and she especially loved to sing gospel hymns to "Boy" and he would "sing" with her. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 54 years at his passing in 2022, Paul Edward Roudabush; and a sister, Vonita Kellett. 

Wanda is survived by her brother, Edward Sims, her extended family, and her church family. She is also survived by her special friend and caregiver for over 20 years, Vicki Gehant.

A memorial service will be held at 6 PM on Thursday, May 14 at County Line Baptist Church in Compton with Pastor Steve Emerson officiating. Private burial will be in Plumlee Cemetery.
