Wanda K. Lofton, of Pelsor, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  She was 71 years old.

The daughter of Odis and Buna (Holland) Nichols was born on July 9, 1954 in Red Bay, Alabama.

Wanda was a devout Christian woman with a gentle heart and a beautiful spirit. She found great joy in her faith and, in years past, shared her talents by playing the piano and singing in her church choir. Wanda deeply loved her family and friends and cherished every moment spent with those she held dear. She also enjoyed the simple pleasures of the outdoors and traveling alongside her beloved husband. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Kathy and Sherry Nichols.

Survivors include her husband of 12 years, Robert Malcolm; three daughters, Davina Lofton, Aimee (Daniel) Griffin, and Keri Lofton; six grandchildren, Brennan Swanson, Brittany Louque, Devon Griffin, Dalton Griffin, Sophia Nelson, and Bayla Nelson; two great grandchildren, Adonis and Jackson Dalcourt; mother-in-law, Bernadine Price; father-in-law, Robert Douglas Malcolm, Jr.; one brother-in-law, Dion Gaskey; four sisters-in-law, Sandra Malcolm, Crystal Malcolm, Brandy Malcolm, and Julie Salazar; and a host of other family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be Monday, February 9, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
