Wanda L. Brown, age 82 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Hospice of the Hills Hospice House.
The daughter of Dewey and Vesta (Barger) Potts was born July 29, 1930 at Valley Springs, Arkansas.
She had been a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church since the mid 1950's and was a homemaker.
Wanda was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Joe David Brown; and a brother, Carl Potts.
Survivors are her husband of 64 years, Lincoln Brown of the home; daughter, Carol Buck of Harrison; brother, Doyne Potts of Batesville, Arkansas; sister, Mary VanDyke of Ozark, Missouri; three grandchildren, Ashley Thompson, Hannah Richesin and Tess Richesin; and two great-grandchildren, Gage Thompson and Jaxon Richesin.
Visitation was Friday, January 18, 2013 with the service Saturday, January 19, 2013, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Rev. Jay Scribner and Rev. Glenn Crenshaw officiated the service.
Burial followed in Maplewood Cemetery with pallbearers being Jim Mallard, Howard Young, Freddie Potter, Jeff VanDyke, Greg Potts, and Tommy Potts.
Honorary pallbearers were the Joy Class of Eagle Heights Baptist Church.
