Virginia Mae Wilson, of Harrison, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville. She was 86 years old.

The daughter of Henry Lee and Martha Evalina (Roberts) Acuff was born on November 29, 1935 in Olvey, Arkansas.

Virginia was a lifelong resident of Boone County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hugh Wilson; one daughter, Carol (Wilson) Drew; her parents; and two brothers, Pete and J.W. Acuff.

Survivors include her son, Lewis Wilson; and five grandchildren, Tabitha Wilson, Tiffany Wilson, Curtis Wilson, Andrea Ivy, and Tara Swinney.
