Virginia Ruth Paul, 81, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024 at The Springs of Mt. Vista.

The daughter of Frank and Elsie June (Morris) Battenfield was born in Harrison on May 17, 1942. She lived in Boone County most of her life and had worked in payroll at Emerson Electric for over 20 years.

Virginia loved gardening and reading. She was the sweetest and kindest person, and deeply loved by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold Paul, and her brother, Luther Battenfield.

Virginia is survived by her daughter, Teresa Paul; niece, Cindy Johnson and nephew, Jeff Battenfield; several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of cousins and extended family.

At her request, no services will be held.
