Vincent "Vinnie" Todd Shipley, age 51 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away July 20, 2021.

He was born in Aurora, Colorado on June 11, 1970 to parents Mel and Jan Shipley.

Vinnie had a fine sense of humor and was always very clever.  He never met a stranger, and never judged anyone.  He was very giving and always willing to help anyone in need.

Vinnie is survived by his parents, Mel and Jan; his children, Nyla and Ty; his sister, Holly and several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Vinnie left a huge hole in our hearts and we will treasure the memories and the moments we shared with him.
