Rev. Verl G. Trammell, age 78 of Branson, MO, passed away at Skaggs Community Health Center, Sat. Sept. 8, 2007. He lived in Branson for about 18 years, moving from Crystal City, MO. He was a retired Pentecostal Minister and had helped his brother establish the Pentecostal Church of Festus/Crystal City, MO.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a driver for Pevely Dairy Industry and also did small engine repairs.
His parents preceded him in death along with his wife, Vonnie Trammell in Feb. 2006; two sisters, Hazel Saling and Orpha Bogle; and a granddaughter, Irene Logan.
Survivors are his daughter, Darlene Logan and her husband, Larry of Hillsboro, MO; a grandson, Larry Eldon Logan, Jr.; a brother, Lorene Morris of St. Joe; a brother, Rev. Gerald Trammell and his wife, Freddie of Oil City, LA; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Trammell was Monday, September 10, 2007 at Coffman Funeral Home. Funeral service was Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007 at United Pentecostal Church in Pindall with Rev. Darvin Rainbolt officiating. Burial followed in Anderson Flat Cemetery.
