Vecil Fern Middleton, age 75 of Verona, Missouri formerly of Newton County, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

The daughter of Lenro and Walcie (Flud) Bolin was born July 4, 1935 at Vendor, Arkansas.

Vecil had been a lifelong resident of Newton County until moving to Missouri in 1989.

She enjoyed gardening and her flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delmar Middleton; a son, Anguls Loren Middleton; her brother, LeRoy Bolin; her son-in-law, Tommy Summers; and a great-grandson, Dominic Middleton.

Survivors are her sons, Kary Middleton and wife Debbie of Stott City, Missouri, Glen Middleton and wife Ruthie of Western Grove, Randel Middleton and wife Lydia of Stott City, Missouri, and Donnie Middleton and wife Rhonda also of Stott City, Missouri; daughters, Janet Summers of Verona, Missouri, Connie Lane and husband Adam of Verona, Missouri, and Melissa Middleton of Stott City, Missouri; brother, Troy Bolin of Hasty; sisters, Vela Campbell of Vendor, Annie Campbell of Mt. Judea, Edith Campbell of Vendor, and Dian Jones of Vendor; 26 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Friday, July 1, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

Service will be 2 P.M. Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Piercetown Holiness Church with Dorvin Ricketts officiating.

Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery at Vendor with pallbearers being Vecil's grandsons.
