Troy Lee Harris, 92 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at Hospice of the Hills Hospice House on June 16, 2020 after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

The son of Albert "Brooks" Brookshire and Melissa (Casebolt) Harris was born in Coweta, Oklahoma on February 2, 1928.

Troy was a World War II Veteran of the US Navy and Army. He had worked as a building contractor and a realtor in California and Arizona. He was also a retired Baptist minister, pastoring churches in Camden, Warren, Fordyce and Harrison. He was actively preaching until age 89. He loved to work in his yard and was a great cook.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his second wife, Dorothy Williams Harris; ten brothers and sisters and the mother of his children, Betty Pickerel.

Troy is survived by his wife, Wanda (Ault) Stanley Harris; three daughters, Brenda Sigle (Jim) of Oakdale, CA, Glenda Coleman (Don) of Chowchilla, CA and Pamela Harris of Modesto, CA; 7 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by a special son, Stephen Stanley (Patti) of Harrison, AR and two special grandsons, Cody Stanley (Danielle) of Harrison, AR and T.J. Nipp (Jenny) of Russellville, AR.

At Troy's request, no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
