Troy Allen Daniel, of Valley Springs, Arkansas, passed away at home on Saturday, June 21, 2025. He was 100 years old.

The son of William Henry Daniel and Ida (Clay) Daniel was born in Pindall on February 6, 1925.

He was retired from logging, railroad and farming and a lifelong resident of the area, spending most of his life in the Pindall area.

Troy enjoyed fishing and spending time driving around with his granddaughter. He especially loved chasing his great grandchildren and playing with them. He was a great storyteller. Troy was a great dad and the best grandpa. He loved his family and always tried to do everything he could for them. He was a true patriarch of his family and will be greatly missed by those close to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Guindoline Daniel; sons, Troy A. Daniel, Jr., Orlan Daniel, Timothy Daniel, and Terry Daniel; a brother, Henry Daniel, sister, Olie Williams, and granddaughter, Tanya Daniel.

Troy is survived by his daughter, Merry Huggins; 16 grandchildren, Cindy, Sarah, Geneva, Matt, Courtney, Andrew, James, Herman, Alicia, Jerry, Terry Jr., Tasha, Tiffany, Albert, Josh, and Darrin; 14 great grandchildren, Bryan, Taylor, Jamee, Kaylie, Saylor, Abigail, Alexus, Destiny, Danny, Alyssa, Layton, Coltyn, Hallie, and Remington; and his loving caregiver, Rachel Marshall.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. A graveside service will be held 10 AM, Friday, June 27, 2025 at Kilburn Cemetery near Pindall.

Pallbearers are Matt Mills, Cindy Huggins, Herman Mills, Jason Aaron, Doug Mills, and Ray Krieder.

Honorary pallbearers are Geneva Williams, Danny Mills, and Kaylie Glazier.
