Tressie Ann O'Neall, age 93 of Belton, MO, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Beautiful Savior Nursing Home in Belton, MO.

The daughter of Henry and Darcus Villines was born January 27, 1928 in Low Gap, AR.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Frank Perme; her second husband, Robert "Bob" O'Neall; and her sister, Louise Burns and Infant sister, Rita May Villines.

Tressie enjoyed gardening and quilting.  She also loved  rescuing dogs and cats.

She is survived by her children, Rick O'Neall of KC, MO, Mike O'Neall of Annapolis, MD, Frank "Butch" Perme of AZ, Randy Perme (Jorgia) of Austin, TX, Lisa Stroh (Lee) of Olathe, KS, and Danna O'Neall of Nashville, TN; 7 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; and her 2 dogs, Peppi and Andy.

Funeral service will be 2:00PM, Friday, August 13, 2021 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR, with Pastor Troy Walker officiating.  Burial will follow in Beechwood Cemetery in Ponca, AR.

Visitation will be held at 1:00PM, Friday prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Jackie Villines, Marvin Villines and Lee Stroh.

Honorary pallbearers are Bonnie Villines and Bobbie Carlton.
