Travis Morrison, age 27 of Harrison, passed away Friday, January 26, 2007 at Peel, AR. The son of Thomas Rex Morrison and Susan (Rocha) High, was born September 16, 1979 in Hanford, California. He was self-employed in masonry work and had moved to thid area about 13 years ago.
Travis was preceded in death by his father, Tom Morrison and his grandparents.
Survivors include his fiance`, Anna Jaye Finley of the home and his children, Tommy-James Michael Morrison and Taitum Jaye Morrison both of the home; his mother, Susan High of Fresno, California; his step-mother, Ilah Morrison of Deer; sisters, and brother-in-law, Brandie and Brian Maumoynier of Clovis, CA and Samantha High of Fresno, CA; nephews and nieces, Blake and Brock Maumoynier and Alorna Thomas; uncles and aunts, Michael Morrison, Kim Bovero, Tim Morrison, Stan Rocha, Cindy Rocha and Steve Rocha.
Visitation was Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Service was Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007 at the Deer School Gym with Billy Paul Matlock and James Compton officiating. Burial was in the Deer Cemetery. .
Pallbearers were Johnny Carter, Jesse Martin, Chris Luneau, Carlos Ray, Bryan Simon and Billy Williams. Honorary Pallbearers were Nathan Chisum, Tim Edgmon, Clint Martin, Rick Napier, Michael Gilmore, James Carter, Justin Gilmore, Bill Mazaur, Michael Mann, Dexter Thomas and all other friends and relatives.
