Obituary
Tony F. McCalip, age 47 of Harrison, passed away at his residence on Monday, September 21, 2009.
The son of Joseph and Annalea(Jones) McCalip, he was born March 12, 1962 at Merced, California. Tony had lived here since 1993, moving from California. He was a carpenter and of the Baptist faith.
He enjoyed canoeing, camping, and had been able to play the drums since gradeschool. He had previously played in several bands.
His father; a sister, Becky McCalip, several aunts and uncles all preceded him in death.
Surviving is his wife, Patti (Mitchell) McCalip of the home; his mother, Annalea McCalip of Harrison; a son, Joseph F. McCalip of California; a daughter, Casandra McCalip of Washington; and two grandchildren.
Visitation was Tuesday, September 22, 2009 with a graveside service Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Richardson Cemetery in Zinc.
Pallbearers were Tommy Ralls, Sam Tinsley, Hayden Tinsley, Ronnie Tinsley and Dan Jones.
