Timothy Franklin Billups, age 58, of Lead Hill, Arkansas passed away on Sunday October 26, 2025 surrounded by his family.

Tim was born January 4, 1967 in Harrison to parents William "Bill" and Mary (Tucker) Billups. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1985 graduate of Bruno-Pyatt Schools. He was of Catholic faith. He worked at Nortech Graphics for 17 years until his retirement in 2024.

Tim enjoyed hunting, especially deer hunting. He was an avid sports fan and loved to watch NASCAR and March Madness. He enjoyed raising chickens and spending time with his grandson, Bentley.

Tim was patient, never complaining. He was devoted, loving, and funny. He never met a stranger and greeted everyone with a smile. His personality was infectious, and he was quickly adored by anyone he met, instantly becoming their favorite person. He was greatly loved by his family and friends. His presence will be missed, and the memories made with him will be treasured forever.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Billups; a son, Cody Billups; a sister, Paula Bellinghausen; his grandparents, Fred and Pauline Billups and R.M. and Marie Tucker; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Tim is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kristy Billups; his mother, Mary Billups; five sons, William Billups, Justin Billups, Trystan Billups, Tucker Billups (fiancée Alyssa) and Timo Billups; five siblings, Barbara Billups, Donnie (Kristie) Billups, Chris (Alice) Billups, Erin (Cameron) Rogers, and Jennifer Billups; six grandchildren, Emma, Jeremiah, Kendra, Khloe, Hailey, and Bentley; aunts and uncles, Janet Billups, Jean Billups, Barbara and Bill Weber, and Larry and Nancy Tucker; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 30, from 6 PM to 8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church. The celebrant will be Father Ben Riley. The Mass will be preceded by a rosary service at 10:00 AM.  Burial will follow at Beckham Cemetery under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Tucker Billups, Timo Billups, Dalton Billups, Brody Ferguson, Craig Smith, and Trystan Billups.

Honorary pallbearers are Weston Rogers, Shandon Hill, Nick DePriest, Briar Bellinghausen, Sebastian Schaffer, Glen Fairchild, William Billups, Justin Billups, and Eric Campbell.
