Obituary
Thomas Donald Blakney, age 81 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Hospice of the Hills Hospice House in Harrison, Arkansas.
He was born April 9, 1931 in Akron, Ohio the son of Thomas Perry Blakney and Dakota Marguerite (Harsh) Blakney.
He was a United States Army veteran and a member of the American Legion. He had been a resident of Newton County for twenty years.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors are his wife, Loretta Blakney of Jasper, Arkansas; three daughters, Donna Jean Farmer and Linda Susie Blakney both of Pembrook Pines, Florida and Judith Ann Cagnina of Coral Springs, Florida; one sister, Terra Wowra of Aurora, Illinois and one grandchild, Kristopher Aaron Cagnina.
Cremation arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
