Teresa "Trei" Ann (Millican) Cates, age 45, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.

The daughter of Thomas Lee Millican, Sr., and Geneva Mae (Rotramel) Coulston was born October 22, 1977 in Millington, Tennessee.

She was a resident of Harrison for the past year, moving from Eureka Springs.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Kenneth Millican, grandfather, Thomas J. Millican, and an aunt, Carole (Rotramel) Millican.

Trei is survived by her sons, Allen Alexander Millican and Tyler Cates; her father, Thomas (Judy) Millican, and mother, Geneva Rotramel Coulston; three brothers, Thomas (Abby) Millican, Kevin (Diana) Millican, and C.J. Millican; a sister, Elizabeth B. Millican; her grandmother, Verla Marsh; uncle, Jim (Cyndi) Millican; nephews, Nicolas, Andrew, and Jasper Millican; and mother-in-law, Donna Gardner.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 2 PM to 4 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
