Teddie Marie Eminger, age 83 of St. Joe, Arkansas passed away Friday March 6, 2020 at her home with her family at her side.
The daughter of Theo and Ruby (Barnett) Still was born on October 15, 1936 in St. Joe.
Teddie was a member of Tomahawk Baptist Church. She loved quilting, but also enjoyed gardening, cooking and canning. She always took care of everyone and you couldn't go to her house without getting fed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband and father to her children, Jerry Reed; her second husband, Bill Eminger and a sister, Geretha Still.
She is survived by her children, Wesley Reed of Tomahawk, Ann Reed of Tomahawk, Ronnie Reed and wife Missie of Diamond City, Patti Reed of Morrilton, Arkansas, Boone Reed of Tomahawk, Amy Reed of Gilbert and Joe Reed and Wife Billie of Tomahawk; 3 sisters, Garnetha Burnes of Granger, Washington, Kay Gourd and husband Jim of Missouri and Bill Keeling and husband Bernie of Missouri; 16 grandchildren, Skipper, Ryan, Nathan, Sarah, Moose, Mindy, Joy, Kimberly, Dustin, Steven, Jerryd, Anthony, Megan, Devin, Cody and Jerry Joe; 27 great-grandchildren including Jonathon and Morrigan whom she raised as her own and many other family and friends who will mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 9, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Tomahawk Baptist Church with Brother Joe Reed officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 10:00 am at the church. Burial will follow the service at Still Cemetery at Tomahawk. Pallbearers will include grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
