Obituary
Tammy Dianne Houk, age 38 of Western Grove, AR passed away Saturday, March 17, 2007 at her home.
The daughter of Ray Lewis and Sue Houk, was born September 8, 1968 in Harrison, AR. She was a homemaker and loved dolphins, and loved to collect them. She also enjoyed hiking, fishing, and swimming, and writing poetry. Her biological mother, Sally Ann Forrest, prceded her in death.
Survivors are her father and mother, Ray and Sue Lewis of Harmon; the father of her son, Ted Matlock of Harrison, and their son, Tristin Elijah Scott Matlock, of the home; brother, Edmond Lewis of Calico Rock; half-brother, Randall Lewis of Jasper; half-sisters, Janis Elrod of Sulphur, OK and Glenda Richardson of Everton. She is also survived by many friends.
Visitation will be open Friday, March 23, until 8:00 P.M. Service 11 A.M. Saturday, March 24 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison. Burial will be in Bellefonte Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to an account at Bank of the Ozarks, for her young son, Tristin Matlock.
