Obituary

Tamara Sue "Tammy" (Pascoe) Burnett, of Harrison, Arkansas won her race surrounded by her family on Friday, March 15, 2024. She was welcomed at the finish line into the loving arms of Jesus at the age of 59.

The daughter of William "Butch" and Sue (Irvin) Pascoe was born in Silver City, New Mexico on April 16, 1964. She moved to Boone County 50 years ago from Marietta, Georgia and was a long-time, faithful member of Dominion Life Church.  She worked at FedEx many years and was a former member of the VA Ladies Auxiliary.

Tammy loved crafting, traveling, and camping. She especially loved following her grandson, Tate, to ballgames and fishing tournaments. She also enjoyed bingo and game days with the girls.

Tammy was a loving, faithful, selfless, and dedicated wife, mother, Mimi, daughter, and sister. She was a God-fearing woman that loved the Lord and praised Him through the good times and the bad.

She was preceded in death by her father, William "Butch" Pascoe; paternal grandparents, Pete Pascoe and Daphene Kimbley; maternal grandparents, Orlen and Gladys Irvin; and a brother-in-law, Alan Burnett.

Tammy is survived by her husband of 39 years, Charles Christopher Burnett; her daughter and son-in-law, Alisha and Travis Dixon; parents, Sue and Gene Woody; her brother, Lance (Janet) Pascoe; her sister, Serena (David) Wilson; her grandson, Tate Dixon; and step-siblings, Timmy (Shanna) Woody, Shari Riff, Michael (Brenda) Woody, Lovey (Sean) Minnis, and Loren Woody. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Doyle and Flo Burnett; sisters-in-law, Angela (Dean) Milliken, Molly (Anthony) Henson, and Donna Burnett; brother-in-law, Eric Burnett; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends who loved her and will miss her.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19 (2024) from 11 AM to 1 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, with the funeral service immediately following at 1 PM with Bro. Tony Carter and Bro. Coma Rivers officiating. Burial will be at York Cemetery in Bergman.

Pallbearers are Tate Dixon, William Pascoe, Aaron McBee, Landon Curtis, Tony Carter, and Mike Gregory.

Honorary pallbearers are Travis Dixon, Gene Woody, David Wilson, Dean Milliken, Lance Pascoe, Doyle Burnett, Eric Burnett, Anthony Henson, and Dandy Welsh.
