Obituary
Steven E. Giacinto, age 30 of Harrison, AR passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
He was born December 13, 1975 in Streator, IL the son of Peter and Anne (Gillum) Giacinto. He has lived in Harrison for 7 years having moved from Illinois. He was a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church and worked for Hardee's Restaurant in Harrison.
Steven was accepted as a tissue donor for Arora.
His paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather preceded him in death.
Survivors are his parents, Peter and Anne Giacinto of Harrison; brother, Mark Giacinto of Illinois; maternal grandmother, Jane Gillum of Illinois; and three nieces, Jessie, Kristina, and Jennifer all of Illinois.
Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Memorial service was Tuesday, September 5 at Valley Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Rick Posey officiating. Another memorial service will be held 4:30 P.M. Friday, September 8 at Erven Avenue Baptist Church in Streator, Illinois.
Memorial donations may be made to Area II Special Olympics of Arkansas, c/o United Cerebral Palsy, 817B N. Main Street, Harrison, AR 72601.
