Stacey G. Selvidge, age 36 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Kent and Rhonda (Sneed) Selvidge was born April 24, 1977, in Harrison.
Stacey graduated from Harrison High School with honors in 1995. She was a part of several State championships of various sports and was chosen for the Allstar Team in 1995. She was inducted into the Goblin Hall of Fame in 2002. She continued to be an avid Goblin sports fan throughout the years.
Stacey was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force where she traveled the world. She received many medals while in the military.
She was a Logistician for CACI International.
She attended Batavia Assembly of God and had a great love for her Lord.
Survivors are her parents, Kent and Rhonda Selvidge of Harrison; brothers, Pacer Selvidge and wife Echo of West Fork and Cody Selvidge of Harrison; her nieces, Jordyn, Sophie and Izzie Selvidge; and a host of other relatives.
Visitation was Thursday, March 6, 2014 with the service Friday, March 7, 2014, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Rev. Tollie Sutterfield and Rev. Robin St. Clair officiated the service.
Burial followed in Dunkard Cemetery near Batavia.
Pallbearers were Pacer Selvidge, Cody Selvidge, John Adams, James Wright, Tony Deleon, Philip Milsap, Dave Harper, and Joe Carver.
Honorary pallbearers were her former coaches: Bill Burge, Bobby Furnater, Mark Duren, Tom Tice, and Gerald Daily. Also, the Medical Logistics team at Forbes Air Force Base in Topeka, Kansas.
There has been a memorial fund set up in Stacey's name at Arvest Bank, 401 N. Walnut, Harrison, Arkansas 72601.
