Shirley Kay Bruce, age 83 of Harrison, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Hospice House in Harrison.
The daughter of Alec J. Johnson and Barbara L. (Cassidy) Johnson was born November 5, 1930 in Denver, Colorado.
Shirley was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Danny Bruce; her daughter, Sherill Bruce; and a granddaughter, Jennifer Watts.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Bruce of Harrison; son Larry Bruce and wife Rita of Harrison; daughter-in-law, Betty Bruce of Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren, Christine Harris, Jason Bruce, Matthew Bruce and Jacob Bruce; and eight great grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
