Thomas Shane Clark passed away Monday, January 15, 2018 at his home in Harrison, Arkansas.
He was born July 2, 1954 in San Diego, California, the son of Thomas Eugene and Vivian Gail (Raybourn) Clark.
Thomas was preceded in death by his mother Vivian Clark.
He is Survived by His father Thomas Clark; wife Lisa Clark of Ada Oklahoma; 3 daughters, Amaris Clark of Ohio; Destiny (Cody) Soden of Oklahoma; McKenzie Clark of Ada Oklahoma; 3 brothers, Guy (Nita) Clark of Missouri; Mark Clark of Ohio; Wesley (Katie) Clark of Ohio; 2 sisters, Melodie (Chris) Comer of Ohio; Lisa (John) Brunner of Ohio; 4 grandchildren; and many family, friends and neighbors that will miss him.
