William Donald Scott Waters, of Harrison, Arkansas went to his heavenly home on Monday, July 2, 2018 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center at the age of 48.

The son of Donald and Bobbie (Carter) Waters was born April 6, 1970 at Harrison, Arkansas.  He was a lifelong resident of this area and a member of the Marble Falls Full Gospel Church.

Scott loved hunting, fishing and playing with his kids and grandkids.  He was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved anything to do with nature and spent many days and years up in a tree stand with his buddy and cousin, Ray Eddings.  He was a great husband, father and son, who was loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Verla Carter and Earnest and Wilma Waters; an uncle, R.L. Waters, a cousin, Wayne Eddings and his very best friend, Carl Payne.

Scott is survived by his wife of 23 years, Mary Waters of the home; his parents, Don and Bobbie Waters of Harrison; five children, Robert Donald Scott Waters and Drucilla Waters, both of the home; Stephanie Payne and husband Kurtis of Everton, Steven Choate and wife Brittany of Omaha and Megan Waters of Harrison; five grandchildren, Ayden, Mia, Carl, Ethan and Genah who will miss their Papa dearly; his sister, Tamerah Young Duncan and husband Matt of Harrison; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside services are at 1:00PM Friday, July 6, 2018 at Eoff Cemetery with Pastor Melinda Smith officiating.
Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 AM-Noon at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison prior to the graveside service.

Pallbearers are Steven Choate, Kurtis Payne, Jody Waters, Bruce Eddings, Ray Eddings, Billy Eastep and Pat Waters.  Honorary Pallbearer is Robbie Waters.
