Randall Scott Lowe, age 54, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

The son of Danny and Heather (McCall) Lowe was born July 13, 1968 in Bellflower, California.  He moved to Arkansas over 30 years ago, and was a US Army Veteran, serving during the Persian Gulf War.

Scott worked as a master carpenter for over 30 years, building many homes and businesses in the Harrison area.  He owned his own business, Lowe's Construction for 20 years and spent the last 9 years working for Butch May Construction.

He loved his family and having birthday parties for all the kids and grandkids.  Scott proudly made decorated cakes for all his kids and grandkids birthdays. His favorite holiday was Thanksgiving.  He wanted his friends and family to have a place to celebrate the holiday and not be alone. He also looked forward to weekly Sunday lunch with family and friends.  It was a tradition that he never missed and everyone was always welcome.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Heather Lowe.

Scott is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Becky) Lowe; his father, Danny Lowe and wife, Dolly; three sons, Joshua Lowe and wife, Natasha, Christopher Sayres and Evan Sayres; two daughters, Lauren Sanchez and husband, Ben, and Amber Sayres; three brothers, Bill Lowe, Dan Lowe and wife, Crystal, and Mike Lowe and wife, Christina; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends and co-workers that will miss him.

Celebration of life will be at 11 AM, Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Grace City Church, 700 Cottonwood Rd., Harrison, AR, 72601.  Pastor Eric Goff and Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick will officiate.
