Sandra K. "Sandy" Loftin, age 59 of Harrison, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at UAMS in Little Rock.

The daughter of Wilton and Ruth (Lone) Hopper was born September 4, 1957 at Beebe, Arkansas.

Sandy lived most of her life in Boone, Baxter and Independence County. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Harrison and the Ozark Mountain Deaf Club. She was a loving nurse and worked a number of years at Hilltop Nursing Home. She was a loving wife and mother and a friend to all who knew her. She loved animals, especially her dog Rosie and cat Katrina. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, card games and watching Wheel of Fortune. She and her husband Dwain recently celebrated 35 years of marriage on October 10.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilton and Ruth Hopper, her nephew, Jeffrey A. Shade, her mother-in-law, Delena Loftin, and two brothers-in-law, Robert Loftin and Jim Livingston.

Sandy is survived by her husband Dwain of the home; her daughter, Heather Duvall and husband Travis of Batesville, AR; three brothers, Ricky Hopper and wife Paula of Mountain Home, Edward Hopper and wife Beverly of Greencastle, PA and Michael Hopper and wife Amber of Springfield, MO; one sister, Georgia McKenzie of Houston, TX; her father-in-law, Carl Loftin of Harrison, her sister-in-law, Kathy Livingston of Harrison; nieces, Amy, Megan, Tiffany and Lydia; nephews, Jacob, Kaiden and Trenton; Heath Loftin, Chad and Cale Livingston; great nieces and nephews, Zoey, Harley, Decota, Kade and Ragan and a host of other relatives and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 6:00 PM at First Assembly of God Church, 1329 W. Stephenson Ave in Harrison with Bro. Dennis Selvidge officiating.
