Obituary

Sandra Max East Struble, our loving wife, Momma and Nane.

Sandra was born January 31, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of Max and Ruth East. She went on to Glory on Thursday, October 31, 2013, a beautiful autumn day, at the age of 66 years.

There is so much we can share about what a blessing our Momma was. She had one passion in life...and that passion was our Savior Jesus Christ our Lord. It is truly a beautiful thing to be able to say that Momma is the reason everyone in our family knows Jesus Christ as our Savior. She prayed us all to salvation. I know that her Crown of Glory will be as beautiful as her love for Christ has always been.

Sandra spent 34 years working for the U.S. Postal Service, in which she started as a mail carrier in Rifle, Colorado. She was promoted through the years, and had been Postmaster at various post offices throughout her years of service. She ended her Postmaster service in 2012 at the Alpena Post Office, when she retired.

Sandra was united in marriage with William H. Struble on May 24, 1964; they have celebrated 49 years of marriage.

She is survived by her husband, William Struble of the home; daughters, Billee Jo and husband, Timmy Gibbins and Shana Jensen all of Harrison and Jack Jensen of Missoula, Montana; grandchildren, Ashley Pemberton, David Pemberton and wife, Hilary, Quinn Gibbins, Tanner Gibbins, Dallas Jensen, William Austin Jensen, and Tyler Leanna Jensen; three great-grandchildren, Kyler Pemberton, Lyla Pemberton and Braxtyon Massey; two sisters, Gloria Ciani and husband, John and Gail Little all of Tampa, Florida; one brother, Butch East and wife, Mindy of Billings, Misssouri; several nieces and nephews; and many friends and loved ones.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Ronda Lee Pemberton.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home.

There will be a visitation for Sandra from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, November 7, at Faith Assembly of God.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or by phone at 1-800-227-2345.
