Sammy Mears, 72 of Everton, passed away on Monday October 28, 2024 at Baxter Regional Health Center in Mountain Home. He was born December 31, 1951 at Marshall, Arkansas.

He graduated from Bruno High School in 1970 and worked at Claridge in Harrison for almost 50 years. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed deer hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shelby and Lucille (Reeves) Mears and 3 sisters.

Sam is survived by 2 brothers, Carl Mears of Harrison, Johnny Mears of Conway, and 1 sister, Brenda Harris of Harrison.

A memorial visitation will be on Friday November 1, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
