Russell Kent Millsap, 60, of Harrison, AR, left this world in pain no more on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

He was born on June 21, 1963 in Independence, Missouri.

Russell was a jack of all trades but his main interest was small engine repair.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Edna Cleo Millsap, of Harrison; his brother, Tom Marshall, of Green Forest; and a sister, Janet.

Survivors include his children, Phillip R. (Sarah), of Batesville, Maribeth LaDouceur (Jason), of Anoka, Minnesota, Amanda, Amber, and Rachel, of Harrison; his brother, Bobby Gene, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; sisters, Rebecca Tucker (Darrell), of Green Forest, Sherry Thomas (Bill), of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, and Shawnia Young (Randy), of Yellville; two granddaughters, Lexi and Kylie, of Minnesota; and too many nieces and nephews to mention.

No funeral services are planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
