Ruby Lea Kilgore, age 84 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper.
The daughter of Cecil and Edna (Williams) Keys was born March 10, 1931 at Shiloh, Arkansas. She was a member of the Shiloh United Baptist Church, a homemaker and a life time resident of Newton county.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ford Kilgore; one grandson, Austin Waters; her parents and one brother, Jimmy Keys.
Survivors include son, Joe Kilgore of Mt. Sherman; daughter and son-in-law, Wilma and Teddy Waters of Wayton; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Donnie Murray of Mt. Sherman; sister-in-law, Emma Faye Keys of Mt. Sherman; five grandchildren, Bailey and Jackson Kilgore of Mt. Sherman, Cody Waters and wife, Tara of Lead Hill and Bradley Waters of Harrison; four great-grandchildren, Lanie, Colby, Colton and Cayson Waters. A very special roommate, Lillie Vanderpool; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Bro. Donnie Villines and Bro. Jerry Wood officiating. Burial in Mt. Sherman Cemetery.
Visitation 6-8 Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
Pallbearers will be Cody Waters, Bradley Waters, Jimmy Wade Keys, Harvey Carder, Jody Mitchell and Arlis Woods. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren Bailey and Jackson Kilgore and great-grandchildren.
