Obituary
Roy Lee Campbell, age 74 of Vendor, Arkansas, passed away at his home Wednesday, December 27, 2017.
The son of Jay and Daisy (Riddell) Campbell was born April 23, 1943 in Vendor, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Elmer, Howard, Johnny, Kenneth, Charles and Leonard O'Dell Campbell; five sisters, Leanner Dotson, Sue Gunner, Georgie Hoppis, Patricia Campbell, and Mary Jane Campbell.
Roy worked in Logging and sawmilling.
He is survived by his wife Lucy (Gloden) Campbell of the home; his son Roy Campbell Jr. and wife Jennifer (Barre) of Mt. Judea; his daughter, Amanda Wyatt and husband Jimmy of Vendor; his brothers, Zelmer Campbell and wife Glenda of Mt. Judea and Nolin Campbell of Vendor; his sisters, Nina Campbell of Vendor and Earlene Watson of Nail, AR; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and other numerous friends and family.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 1st, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Dorvin Ricketts officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery in Vendor.
Pallbearers will be J.C. Richardson, Nathan Royce, Allen Flippo, Coby Campbell, Jason Campbell and B.J. Campbell.
Honorary pallbearers are Gary Dotson, Clayel Criner, Junior Royce, Nicki Holt, his grandchildren, Shannon Campbell, Legacy Hospice and Staff and Dr. Jimmy Justice and Staff.
