Obituary
Rose Marie VanScoy, age 26 of Yellville, AR, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR.
The daughter of James Lee and Gena F. (Johnston) VanScoy, she was born March 25, 1982 in Harrison, AR.
Rose was a "Daddy's Girl" whom loved to laugh and cut-up. She enjoyed attending different Churches with her aides and she also enjoyed music.
Her father preceded her in death.
Survivors are her mother, Gena VanScoy of Yellville; brothers, Terry Lee Smith and wife, Shirley and Jones Michael Smith and wife, Jean; sister, Amee VanScoy and husband, John VanScoy, Jr; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Service were Friday, July 18, 2008 at Holder Chapel with burial following in Western Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were Blake Walters, Jerry Hall, John VanScoy, David Lewis, Clovis Jones, Jr., and Ron VanScoy. Honorary pallbearers were Ed VanScoy, Brandon Shelton, Chris VanScoy, and Eddie VanScoy.
