Ronny "Cotton" Wilkinson, of Harrison, passed away at his home on Thursday, September 4, 2025.  He was 73 years old.

The son of Orbin and Virgie (McGrew) Wilkinson was born on May 31, 1952 in Lead Hill, Arkansas.

Ronny was a longtime member of the White Oak Church of God and had a strong faith that guided him through life. He retired after 38 years with the Boone County Road Department, where he worked hard and made many lasting friendships.

After retiring, Ronny loved spending time on his farm. But what he enjoyed most was being with his grandkids—especially giving them rides on the four-wheeler or tractor, which always brought big smiles to their faces.

Ronny's love for his wife, Kenna, was something special. He always wanted her close by and truly treasured every moment they shared together.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Lou Wilcox; brother-in-law, Lee Wilcox; brother, Larry Wilkinson; sister-in-law, Renae Wilkerson; and his father-in-law, Kenneth Dees.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Kenna Wilkinson; one daughter; Rhonda Taylor and husband, Brad; three sons, Dean Wilkinson and wife, Julie, Travis Wilkinson and wife, Misty,  and Austin Wilkinson and wife, Casey; two brothers, David Wilkinson and Danny Wilkinson and wife, Brinda; one sister, Melissa Pettit and husband, Keith; 14 grandchildren, Kayla, Bailey, Ethan, Claudia, Logan, Kaitlyn, Haddie, Walker, Hayes, Audrey, Lainey, Katelin, Brooklin, and Ryleigh; three great grandchildren, Adalee, Brinley, and Madelynn; mother-in-law, Dorothy Dees; two brothers-in-law, Brent Dees and Gerald Wilkerson; one sister-in-law, Melissa Dees; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation is Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

Funeral service will be Monday, September 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Pastor Leo Dye will officiate.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Ethan Carter, Bailey Carter, Logan Wilkinson, Ben Quisenberry, Rob Wilkinson, and Curtis Waters.  Honorary pallbearers include Brent Dees, Gerald Wilkerson, Wade Roberts, Joe Melton, Gary Villines and his fellow employees at the Boone County Road Department.
