Obituary
Ronnie George Stone, age 64 of Omaha, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at home.
The son of George Stone Jr., and Virgie Ruth (Roe) Stone was born June 28, 1952 at Harrison, Arkansas.
Ronnie was a Mason and a lifetime resident of Boone County. After graduating high school, he worked at Shepard of the Hills for 16 years, where he was a Baldknobber and a tour guide. He also worked at Boone County Road Department as a road grader operator and at Arkansas Highway Department until he retired in 2007.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Virgie Ruth Stone and his grandson, Chase Pardeck.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Beverly Stone of the home; his father, George Stone, Jr. of Omaha; his son, Jamie Brad Stone and wife Marietha of Omaha; his daughter, Melissa Renee Pardeck of Branson; his brother, Danny Stone of Alpena; three grandchildren, Trey Bradly Stone, Brooklyn Grace Stone and Madison Renee Pardeck; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved him and will miss him.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church in Omaha with Bro. George Smith officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to Arkansas Children's Hospital or The Ronald McDonald House.
