Roger James Wilkinson, age 73 of Deer, AR, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home.

He was born December 12, 1946 in Chicago to Irving and Anna Wilkinson and grew up near Camp Douglas,  WI.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Evelyn; their blended family of 8 children and their spouses; 22 grandchildren and their spouses; and 9 great-grandchildren.

Roger was one of 10 children, he was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

After serving in the Army, he worked 41 years for General Motors.  He retired in 2008 as a millwright at the Janesville, WI plant.

He enjoyed gunsmithing, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed, reading Military history and westerns, going to auctions, and camping with his family at many state and national parks.

After retiring, he and Evelyn loved living on their little farm in the Ozark mountains and having family visit them there.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date. He will be dearly missed.
