Roger Moore, of Harrison, Arkansas, sadly departed this world on Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was 53 years young.

Roger was a lifelong resident of Harrison, born to Robert and Irma Deloris Moore on January 24, 1969. He was a friend to all and never let someone stay a stranger for long. He was a cornerstone of his family and very involved member of his church, Harrison Seventh-day Adventist Church since his rebirth by baptism on January 5, 1997. There was rarely ever a Saturday that he was not leading out in church in some way, whether it was teaching Sabbath School or preaching in Harrison, or a Pathfinder event somewhere else. Some of his most treasured memories were being involved with the youth and Pathfinders, of which he served several roles over the years including club director and Area Coordinator.

Roger was married to his high school sweetheart for over 33 years and raised 3 daughters together. He loved his family dearly and especially enjoyed his adventures with his 3 grandsons. Roger made everyone feel like they were family and treated them with acceptance and respect, he would be the first to volunteer to help when needed.

Roger was proceeded in death by his parents, and sister Lorrie Ann Couch, and his mother-in-law Deloris Stamey.  He is survived by his wife, Clarissa; his daughters Jesselyn and Michaela Moore and Jerrica Conrad; his son-in-law Sean Conrad and grandsons Troy, Marcus and Ryker Conrad; brothers Tim (Tammy) Moore, and Mike (Denise) Moore; brother-in-law William Henry Stamey; sister-in-law Jennifer (George) Scarborough; father-in-law Henry Stamey; many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and numerous friends and church family.

Roger's memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Harrison Seventh-Day Adventist Church 4877 AR-392, Harrison, AR 72601.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Roger's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Roger is peacefully awaiting Jesus's soon return, but will be dearly missed by those he left behind.
