Roger King age 75 of Jasper, AR, passed away on March 8, 2024, at The Springs of Mt. Vista Nursing Home in Harrison, AR.

The son of Buster and Bertha (Flippo) King was born February 7, 1949 at Parthenon, AR.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Harold King, Donnie King, and an infant brother; his nephews, Nathan King and Brandon Smith; his sister-in-law, Linda King, and his brother-in-law, Roy Villines.

Roger is survived by his sisters, Linda Coffey and her husband Paul of Jasper and Nancy Villines of Springdale, AR; his sister-in-law, Nina King of Batavia, AR; and many other nieces and nephews and other family.

The funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 11, 2024, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Burial will follow in Snow Cemetery. Brother Billy Paul Matlock and James Compton will be officiating.

Visitation will be at 1:00 PM Monday before the service.

Pallbearers will be Will Smith, Daniel Smith, Dylan Smith, Tyler Smith, Troy Smith, and Chad Newman.

The honorary pallbearer is Orlan Kelton.
