Robert "Bob" Lee Payne, 85 of Jasper, AR, passed from this life on December 25, 2024.

He was a retired construction worker for Nabholz Construction and worked as an EMT on the North Arkansas Regional Center Ambulance for several years. He was also a Navy Veteran.  He loved riding horses and was a member of the Newton County Roundup Club.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Betty Raulston Roberson Payne; his stepchildren, Diana Loyd (Gary), Tim Roberson (Sammie), and his son Chet Payne (Cheri); three grandsons, T.J. Branham, Ty Roberson, Blain Roberson, and J.R. Payne; and 4 great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sisters, Marion Billingsley and Sharon Callahan; and his brother Jimmy Payne; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Cremation and arrangements are with Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.

There will be no service.
