Robert Eugene Morlang, Jr., age 65, of St. Joe, Arkansas, passed away at home on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

The son of Robert Eugene Morlang, Sr., and Carol Jean (Bond) Morlang was born in Anaconda, New Mexico on July 14, 1959. Bob moved to Searcy County, Arkansas 35 years ago, after spending several years in both New Mexico and Colorado.

Bob or Bobby to most all who knew him worked as a truck driver for over 40 years. He was a very knowledgeable mechanic and knew everything about engines. He enjoyed working on cars and rebuilding engines. He also enjoyed going fishing.

He loved his kids and enjoyed spending time with his family. If you were under Bob's wing, you were likely given a nickname. Bob was a quiet man with a strong presence; he was always respectful and compassionate. He would drop anything to help if someone needed him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John Case Morlang, and a sister, Vivian Jean Morlang.

Survivors include his children, Robert Eugene Morlang, III, "Red" and family, William Gene Morlang "Billy/Fat Boy" and family, Brandy Lynn Lindsey "Cracker" and family, and Becky Renee Russell "Carrot Top" and family; his brother, Walter Kennedy Morlang "Ken" and family and the family of his brother, John Case Morlang; his significant other, Kelley Love and her daughters, Amanda Love "Mandy" and family and Brandy Love and family; the mother of his children, Barbara Morlang; and a host of extended relatives and many dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, April 26 (2025) at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison.
