Obituary

Robert Charles Holcomb, Jr., age 41 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away at his home Monday, February 8, 2010.

The son of Robert C. Holcomb, Sr. and Sherry (Kreusher) White was born August 9, 1968 in Waukegan, Illinois.

The most important people in Robert's life were his children, Kirrisia and Robbie. He would do anything for them and was extremely proud of them.

Robert graduated from Waukegan High School in 1986. He received his Associates Degree from North Arkansas College in 2008. He also completed the Dale Carnagie course and was involved in the Boone County Leadership program during that time.

He loved sports of all kinds and was very successful in wrestling in high school. He was an avid Cubbies for fan which he took a lot of razzing for from his friends. He was also very proud of his Corvettes and loved to do 360's in his cul de sac.

Robert was a valued employee of Pace Industries for 22 years. He was very dedicated to his work and his co-workers. He was known for his unique sense of humor and his willingness to help anyone in their time of need.

Survivors are his wife, Michelle Holcomb of the home; his children, Robert Charles Holcomb, III "Robbie", also of the home and Kirrissa Dawn Holcomb; step-daughter, Brittany Brewer; his father, Charles "Chuck" Holcomb and wife, Sherry of Harrison; step-brother, Tanner; step-sister, Mindy; his mother, Sherry White and husband, Charles of Neosho, Missouri; brothers, Shannon Holcomb and wife, Stacie of Lenexa, Kansas and Dane Holcomb of Berryville; sister, Jodie Hutchins and husband, Craig of Neosho, Missouri; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was Monday, February 15, 2010 with service Tuesday, February 16, 2010, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison with Chaplain Dan Esau officiating.

Honorary pallbearers were Dane Holcomb, Shannon Holcomb, Chuck Holcomb, Olen Marshall, Danny Alford, Louie Williams, Doyle Williams, and all of his fellow co-workers at Pace.

Arrangements have been handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
