Richard Lenard Coleman, age 81 of Western Grove, Arkansas passed away Friday July 8, 2022 in Harrison, Arkansas.

The son of Posie and Sylvia (Belcher) Coleman was born on January 12, 1941 in Forrest City, Arkansas.

Richard liked to fish, watch Western movies and TV shows, working jigsaw puzzles and loved to listen to music.  He followed the Pentecostal faith for almost his whole life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Ola (Walters) Coleman and Joann (Reddell) Coleman; an infant daughter, Rebecca Coleman; and two brothers, Lee Coleman and Lasley Coleman.

Richard is survived by 3 daughters, Deborah Gandy and husband Billy of Petal, Mississippi, Sandra Page and husband Robert of Petal, Mississippi and Helen Coleman of Petal, Mississippi; a son Joel Coleman of Western Grove, Arkansas; two brothers, David Coleman and wife Ruth of Bergman, Arkansas and Roy Coleman and wife Vona of Atkins, Arkansas; two sisters, Rosetta Brown and husband Charles of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Carol Royce of Piercetown, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many other friends and family who will mourn his passing.

Services will be held Tuesday July 12, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison with burial following at Smith Cemetery in Vendor, Arkansas.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
