Obituary

Raymond Albert Koch Jr., age 90 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday March 16, 2020 in Harrison.

The son of Raymond and Isabelle (Willis) Koch was born on August 31, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Ray was an electrical engineer who worked all over the United States. He proudly served his country in both the United States Army and Air Force. He enjoyed traveling and spent several years RV-ing for 6 months out of the year and going as far as Alaska several times.  When he wasn't exploring in the RV, he worked at the Old Faithful gas station in Yellowstone National Park.  Ray loved snowmobiling in the mountains of Summit County Colorado when the family lived in Frisco, Colorado.

Ray loved attending Crossroads Community Church with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, William Koch and Robert Koch.

He is survived by his wife, Norma (Bailey) Koch of Harrison; a son, Blaise Koch Sr. and wife Marla of Harrison; a daughter, Holly Hood and her partner Bill Finley of Bellingham, Washington; 2 grandchildren, Blaise Bryan Koch Jr. and Landon Blaise Koch and his fiancé McKenzie Rupp along with many other family and friends who will mourn his passing.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Crossroads Community Church with Pastor Johnny Walters officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Crossroads Community Church in Raymond's memory, 2658 Old Bergman Road, Harrison, AR 72601.
