Raymond Helmuth, age 69, of Harrison, AR passed from this life on November 11, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri after a long battle with cancer. He was born on August 28, 1955 in Hutchinson, KS to Eli B. & Fannie (Nisly) Helmuth.
Raymond was married on October 4, 1980 to Esther Byler of Whiteville, TN. They were married 44 years. To this union there was born seven children. Raymond was a hard worker and always cheerful. He also loved to do things for others. He fought his cancer hard and stayed strong through it all. He never complained and was always positive. He loved having his children and grandchildren around him. Through the years Raymond did various jobs such as: sheep shearing, small farming, roofing, and in more recent years construction.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Emily Sue Helmuth.
Raymond is lovingly remembered by his wife, Esther Helmuth; his children, Danelle (Ernie) Helmuth, of Dickson, TN and their children, Nicole, Jared, Vivian, and Kari: Lynita Helmuth, of Sarasota, FL: Lyndon (Kelly Overholt) of Somerville, TN and their two sons, Skylar and Bronson: Conrad (Amy Yoder) of Harrison, AR and their children, Kacey, Lexis, Lindsey, and Lane: Tony (Amber Upchurch) of Alpena, AR and their children, Sophia, Valerie, Braden, and Tyrel: Ryan (Catherine Wengerd) of Whiteville, TN and their two sons, Sawyer and Archer: Alyssia (Brad) Sensenig, of Harrison, AR; and his siblings, Lorene Helmuth, Wilma (Richard) Graber, Beth Helmuth, and Willard Helmuth.
Visitation will be at Northside Church of Christ on Thursday, November 14, 2024, the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Funeral service is Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Northside Church of Christ. Lead Pastor Darrell Rohrer will officiate. Burial will follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
